Purpose of the Association
The association is a support organization for research in holistic health and education.
Its non-profit activities are not aimed at generating profit and have the following ideal objectives:

Holistic health promotion and prevention are central to the association, extending to physical, mental, and social levels. These should be encouraged, preserved, and restored.
Incorporating impulses and impressions from our unique Earth and researching alternative approaches in all their forms.
Experiencing food together in the present moment, fostering enjoyment and joy, should be explored and promoted.
Supporting and developing ecologically and economically stable cycles as a sustainable foundation for healthy societal development.
Radiating warmth and humanity to prevent, neutralize, or mitigate physical and mental health impairments.
Raising awareness of a life-affirming lifestyle in harmony with biology, spirit, and individual inclinations, including all foods, and guiding society toward it.
Supporting the ongoing health-related development and renewal of society in all areas of life.
Representing the common interests of members and participating in public events, while fostering friendly relationships among members.

EU Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (ODR Regulation), we would like to inform you about the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR Platform).
Consumers may submit complaints via the platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=de. Contact information necessary for this process is listed above in our imprint.
Please note that we are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Contractual Clauses and Jurisdiction / Arbitration
All disputes arising from the association’s relationship shall be settled by the internal arbitration tribunal of the association. This is a “conciliation body” under the 2002 Association Act and not an arbitration court under §§ 577 ff ZPO.
The tribunal is formed as follows: each party must nominate two members as arbitrators within seven days. The arbitrators select a chairperson by relative majority; in case of a tie, selection is by lot.
Decisions are final and passed by simple majority after both parties are heard and all members are present. The tribunal decides to the best of its knowledge and conscience. Its decisions are binding within the association.
