Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. ATEM may accept or reject any order at its discretion. An order is considered accepted only once we confirm it.
Acceptance depends on receipt and processing of your payment. Review your order carefully before submitting, as ATEM may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided.
Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Withdrawal/Return Policy [LINK].
You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only, not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time of the order and will be listed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import fees.
Prices in our online shops may differ from prices in physical stores or third-party-operated stores. Promotional offers may have separate terms that override these Terms.

Once products are handed to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

No rights or licenses to ATEM, Wix, or third-party intellectual property are granted unless explicitly stated. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state law.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
ATEM’s names, logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks of ATEM or its affiliates. Shopify’s names and marks belong to Shopify. All other marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may gain access to third-party tools offered as part of the services. We do not monitor, control, or influence them.
You acknowledge that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements.
Use of third-party tools is at your own risk. Review the provider’s terms before use.
Future new features or tools will be subject to these Terms as well.

ATEM is powered by Wix, enabling us to provide the services. All sales and purchases made through our shop occur directly between you and ATEM.
By using the services, you acknowledge that Wix is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and ATEM. You expressly release Wix and its affiliates from all liability related to your purchases or transactions with ATEM.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Because the services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes certain data needed to operate and improve the services.

You remain liable for all charges incurred up to the termination date.
Sections regarding intellectual property, feedback, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, severability, waiver, entire agreement, assignment, governing law, and privacy will survive termination.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATEM, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims or liabilities arising from:

(3) your access to or use of the services.
We will notify you of indemnifiable claims and may control the defense at your expense.
